Terms of service

• "We", "Us", "Store" refers to Spotify Market and its support team.
• "You", "Customer", "Buyer" refers to any person placing an order in our store.
• "Product" refers to any digital item sold in our store, including accounts, keys, subscriptions, and methods.
• "Delivery" means the moment the product is made available on your invoice or sent to the email you entered at checkout.
• "Warranty" means the limited period during which we may provide a replacement for a product that stops working under qualifying conditions.
• "Replacement" means a new unit of the same product, or an equivalent product of equal value, at our discretion.

• Placing an order counts as full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
• Not reading these Terms is not a valid reason for a refund, replacement, or exception.
• These Terms apply to every purchase, including purchases made through tickets, Discord, or any other channel operated by Spotify Market.
• If a product description contains specific conditions, those conditions apply together with these Terms. If they conflict, the product description takes priority for that product.

• We only provide replacements. We do not offer refunds, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our team in writing.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been sent or the product has been delivered.
• Changing your mind after purchasing is not a valid reason for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
• Abuse of our replacement or warranty system will result in your warranty being permanently revoked, for that order and any future orders.
• False scam accusations, threats, harassment, excessive spam, or unnecessary pings may result in a permanent ban from all our services, without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
• These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. The version published at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to your order.

• You are responsible for selecting the correct product before paying. Buying the wrong product does not qualify for a refund.
• Delivery is considered complete once the product appears on your invoice or is sent to the email you entered at checkout.
• Products delivered to an incorrectly entered email are considered delivered. We are not responsible for typos or invalid emails entered by you.
• Some products may require manual delivery. Delivery times are estimates and a delay is not grounds for a refund.
• Check your product immediately after delivery. Any issue must be reported within the warranty period of that product.

• All prices are displayed on the product page at the moment of purchase.
• Payments must be completed in full before any product is delivered.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
• Prices may change at any time. Price changes after your purchase do not entitle you to a refund or difference.

PayPal Payments (Friends & Family)

When paying through PayPal Friends & Family, you must:

• Send the exact amount requested. Not more, not less.
• Include the correct payment note exactly as instructed, when required.
• Double-check the recipient before sending the payment.
• Keep your payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID), as it will be required for any support request.

Payments sent incorrectly, to the wrong recipient, with the wrong amount, or without the required note may delay or prevent delivery, and are handled as described in the next section.

It is entirely your responsibility to enter the correct information when placing an order. This includes:

• A valid and correctly spelled email at checkout.
• The exact amount requested.
• The correct PayPal note, when instructed.

If any of this information is incorrect, we DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for that order. This rule applies without exceptions.

However, we offer a solution

• Open a support ticket and provide your payment proof.
• Tell us which product you want in exchange.
• We will deliver a product matching the amount we actually received.

Exchange conditions

• If you sent less than the required amount, you may either choose a product within the amount received, or pay the remaining difference to receive the original product.
• If you sent more than the required amount, the extra amount will not be refunded, but it can be used towards your exchange product.
• Exchanges have no cash value and cannot be converted into money, refunds, or balance withdrawals.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the payment. After that, the payment is considered forfeited.
• We will only process the exchange if the payment can be verified on our end.

Unless a different warranty is stated on the product page, the following warranties apply starting from the moment of delivery:

Warranty rules

• The warranty period starts at delivery, not when you first use or log into the product.
• The support ticket must be opened within the warranty period. Issues reported after the warranty has ended are not covered, even if the issue started earlier.
• Replacements do not include a new warranty. A replacement is only covered for the remaining time of the original warranty.
• Only one replacement per issue. Repeated claims for the same problem may be denied.
• Expired warranties cannot be extended, renewed, or reactivated under any circumstances.
• We do not provide replacements or refunds for old purchases, expired warranties, or accounts/services terminated after the warranty ended.
• Warranty only covers issues caused by the product itself, not issues caused by the customer.

Warranty is void if

• You changed information we told you not to change, or failed to change information we told you to change.
• You shared the account with other people or used it on unauthorized devices or regions.
• You violated the rules of the platform (for example: using the account for spam, bots, or abuse).
• You cannot provide the required evidence.
• You opened a chargeback, dispute, or claim against the payment.

Product-specific exclusions

• CapCut: If the email and password are correct but the app says "try to log in later", the account is working — the login system is temporarily unavailable. You must wait. This does not qualify for a replacement.
• Steam Rust: No replacement or refund if the account is banned. This risk is reflected in the low price and is completely outside our control.
• Gemini PRO Key: Sold without warranty. Once delivered, no replacement or refund is provided.

"Lifetime" means the key works for as long as the main platform operates. It does not mean a guarantee from us. The platform has been running for over 5 years as of today.

All keys are double-checked before being added to our stock.

We DO NOT offer warranty if

• You lose access to your account (email or password).
• You lose your key.
• The main platform shuts down. We are resellers only and are not responsible for the provider's service.
• You receive the 24h delay error. You must wait until it resolves. This is not a defect.
• There is any error we are unable to fix. In that case, you must contact the system owner directly, as we are resellers and cannot modify their system.

Replacement is ONLY possible if you provide

• A full, uncut screen recording starting from the very beginning, while the invoice is loading.
• The recording must clearly show the key being checked on the site using the Key Check button.
• The process takes around 1 minute.

To request a replacement, you must open a support ticket and provide all of the following:

• Your order ID and payment/vouch proof.
• Clear proof that the product is not working (screenshot or screen recording).
• The affected account or product details.
• Any additional information requested by our support team.

Evidence rules

• Evidence must be original and unedited. Edited, cropped, or fake evidence will result in the request being denied and may lead to a permanent ban.
• We may request a screen recording for any product, not only Lifetime Keys.
• If you do not respond within 48 hours after we request information, the ticket may be closed and the request denied.
• Our support team's decision on a replacement request is final.

Please allow reasonable time for our team to review and process your request. Spamming, pinging, or opening multiple tickets will not speed up the process and may delay it.

• After receiving an account, immediately change all available account information, including the email and password whenever possible.
• If you fail to secure the account after delivery, we are not responsible for unauthorized access, password changes, or recovery by third parties.
• Do not share purchased credentials with anyone. Sharing voids the warranty.
• You are fully responsible for the account once it has been delivered to you.

• Some products depend on external suppliers or third-party services.
• If a supplier disappears, becomes unavailable, or refuses a replacement after our own replacement options are exhausted, no further coverage will be available.
• We are not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, suspensions, or changes made directly by third-party platforms.
• We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, policies, or behavior.

• Methods may stop working due to updates or changes made by third-party platforms.
• Unless explicitly covered by the product warranty, we do not guarantee that a method will keep working indefinitely.
• A method being patched, disabled, or made unusable after purchase does NOT qualify for a refund or replacement.
• Digital products are provided according to the description and conditions available at the time of purchase.
• Once a method has been delivered, it cannot be returned, as the information has already been shared with you.

• We do not guarantee replacements or refunds when a platform performs a large-scale or mass revocation/termination wave affecting a significant number of accounts or subscriptions.
• These events are controlled entirely by the third-party platform and are outside our control.
• Individual cases within an active warranty may still be reviewed by support, at our discretion, according to the conditions of the specific product.

• Opening a chargeback, dispute, or claim without first contacting our support will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• All warranties for that order and any other orders will be voided.
• Any products delivered to you may be revoked where possible.
• We will provide all order evidence (delivery logs, invoices, and communication) to the payment provider to contest the dispute.

The following will result in a permanent ban without refund:

• Fraud, chargeback fraud, or payment manipulation.
• Submitting false or edited evidence.
• Reselling our products as if they were your own service without authorization.
• Threats, harassment, false scam accusations, or attempts to damage our reputation.
• Any deliberate attempt to exploit the store, the warranty system, or these Terms.

• Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and only in the form of a replacement or exchange as described in these Terms.
• We are not responsible for any indirect losses, lost data, lost time, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use a product.
• We are not affiliated with Spotify, YouTube, Google, Amazon, CapCut, Steam, or any other third-party platform. All brand names belong to their respective owners.

• Official support is only provided through our support tickets. Messages through other channels may not be answered.
• Be respectful with our staff. Disrespectful behavior may result in your ticket being closed.
• Screenshots of our conversations may be used as evidence in case of disputes.

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain fully valid and in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any rule at a given moment does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

By completing a purchase, you confirm and accept that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You understand the warranty period of the product you are buying, and that it starts at delivery.
• You are fully responsible for entering the correct email, amount, and payment note.
• Incorrect payments are not refunded or replaced, but can be exchanged for another product as described in Section 6.
• Digital products may be affected by third-party platforms outside our control.
• You agree to follow the replacement procedure and provide the required evidence.
• Replacement eligibility depends on the product conditions and the evidence provided.
• Abuse, fraud, or chargebacks will result in permanent suspension from Spotify Market.
